Help & FAQ
Everything you need to set up and manage your travel eSIM. Still stuck? Email [email protected].
Set up your eSIM
- How do I install my eSIM?
- After purchase you receive a QR code by email and in your dashboard. On your phone, open Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM, scan the QR code, and enable data roaming for the new plan before you land. Our device-specific setup guide walks through iPhone and Android step by step.
- When does my plan start?
- Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination — not at purchase. You can install the eSIM days in advance and it will not begin counting down until you arrive.
- Is my phone compatible?
- Most phones released since 2018 support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and recent Samsung Galaxy S and Note models. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
Data usage
- How do I check how much data I have left?
- Your dashboard shows real-time remaining data for every active eSIM, updated as you use it. There are no surprise mid-trip cutoffs — you always see exactly where you stand.
- What happens when I run out of data?
- Depending on the plan, your connection is either slowed or paused at zero. Each plan page states which. You can top up your existing eSIM in one tap from the dashboard — no re-purchase and no new QR code.
Billing
- What currency are prices in?
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. There are no hidden fees or activation charges.
- Do you store my card details?
- No. Payments are processed by Stripe and card details never touch our servers.
Refunds
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. An eSIM that has not been activated is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase, and any eSIM that fails to provision is refunded automatically. See our refund policy for the full terms.
