Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and LettuceConnect Pty Ltd (“Lettuce Connect”, “we”, “us”). By buying or using an eSIM through this site you agree to them.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to buy from us. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any guest access links secure, and for all activity that occurs under them.
2. The eSIM service
Lettuce Connect resells mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles supplied by third-party network partners. We provide the storefront, provisioning, usage dashboard, and top-up flow. Coverage, speeds, throttling, and network availability are set by the underlying carriers and the destination country, and are described on each plan page as accurately as we can. Your device must be carrier-unlocked and eSIM-capable. An eSIM profile can generally only be installed once; a plan’s validity period starts when it first connects to a network in the destination.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable GST. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We may change plan pricing at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and cannot be applied after purchase.
4. Refunds
Unactivated eSIMs are refundable within 30 days, and any eSIM that fails to provision is refunded automatically. The full terms, including what happens once an eSIM has connected to a network, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, to resell or transfer eSIMs without our written consent, to attempt to circumvent data allowances or fair-use limits, or to interfere with the security or operation of our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach.
6. Disclaimers and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but mobile data connectivity while travelling depends on carriers and infrastructure outside our control and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here, dated above, and material changes take effect for new orders from the date they are posted. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
